FastoolNow.comReviews of fastoolnow.com

Very quick order processing with amazing communication. I will be ordering from this company for all products they carry just because of the customer service.

Great product

Excellent service. Exactly as ordered. Customer service quick and easy to contact.

A product was shown as in stock, that is the only reason I purchased from this company. It wasn't til after I made the purchase was I told that the product was not in stock and was not going to be available for another 2 months. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I was given the option of a refund, or I could wait til the item came into stock.

Staff were great in helping me place my order. Excellent customer service and fast shipping! They stand behind the products they sell.

The NES22 thread repair tool works OK and delivery was fast. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to the price. There is nothing in this little tool that can justify a $70 price tag. FastToolNow was the lowest overall cost I found (price+shipping), so this is not a dig against them.

Had product in stock and shipped out the same day. I was able to take care of my customer after waiting 2 months for a different supplier to get the product to me.

Easy review. Best price I could find and it shipped THE SAME DAY.
