FastoolNow.comReviews of fastoolnow.com

Perfect! Item as described and fast shipping. Quality of tool great. Will definitely give it another shot with anything else I might need. I was able to drill underneath sidewalk with a milwaukee cordless angle drill in like 2mins. Got my money's worth and some.

Arrived ahead of scheduled time frame.

I tried Fastool Now for the first time at the advice of a friend. The attention Nate at Fastool gave to making sure he knew what I was looking for was impressive on its own. But the speed in which he was able to find the items, get me the proper information and item codes I needed was over the top. I did not end up being to use the equipment he got for me but not because of anything he did ... that was on me. It was unfortunate but it allowed me to experience their return and credit process. It was every bit as satisfying as the purchasing process. I will be back, no doubt!

I gave them a 2 for their quick response to the missed pic product. The first order was incorrect size threaded rods of 1/2" instead of ordered 3/8". Nuts and washer were correct size. They quickly resent at no charge 4 more rods that were again 1/2" wrapped with a printed 3/8" tag. The rod size has been confirmed at local hardware store. Decided to oversize my project but had to purchase 1/2" nuts & washer that costed $ 40.00 for I just want to be done with this project! Good service but poor product markings twice.

Part was in stock at the most reasonable price I could find on the internet.

The product I needed was in stock, the checkout process was easy, and the shipping was on time, with updates on arrival date. That's all I really want. Good job.

Received ahead of schedule
