Product worked as advertised. This was replacement for the exact product we had purchased several years ago. We have the original product back for refurbishing. Because of our growth, we now need two of them.

I’m a big fan of Wheeler Rex products and you all seem to be in the sweet spot for pricing and availability. The shipping has been fast too. I’m impressed!

Price jumped a bit since last purchased, roughly 45 days since last purchase. HAving said this, they are a Great Company to do business with. Communication quick, they are responsive in every way. Delivery time, is always good. THey send emails letting you know where your item/items are, what stage from shipping to delivery. I recommend FasTool Now.

Easy to navigate through site, quick and simple payment process. Very efficient in time between order placed and shipment. Differently will order from the supplier again when the need arises.

You had the Graco 6 ft painter extension that a needed at the best price. It was also delivered on time which is something that doesn’t happen often. Well done and I would certainly use your company again.

Very Good price and most of the items were in stock & the items that were not in stock came within an acceptable time.

Every step of the way:the complete process was seamless. PRODUCT QUALITY IS SUPERIOR, VERY PLEASED. BUILDING CREW WERE IMPRESSED ALSO

The level of customer service was astoundingly excellent. As was their knowledge of associated supply and shipping details. A small shop that's aware of it and capitalizes on it to be more flexible and accommodating to the customer's needs than large corporations can or will ever do.
