Nice company with a unique background. One of the best and secure email providers. They have got decent support but there may be delay during weekends. The WEBUI is nice appealing with all features that you need. The mobile app is great and a decent UI. There privacy policy were explicit. The drawback is that there servers are in US and they are an Australian Company, as the country is not know to have a good privacy policy, with new laws against encryption This are few let down which is holding me to open an email account.

The Mail service is fine, But the support is really quite terrible considering its a paid plan. The conversations back and forth always have at least a day between messages, so if your stuck its rally a pain. They have no live chat, just a support ticket system.

Amazing service! Everything just works and works as expected. In some cases, much more better that g suite and office 365. I especially like the customizability of the service. Highly recommended for businesses as well!

If you want simple, clean email that works for yourself or a couple of people - Fast is a great solution - I would say the best solution. If you are a business looking for a professional email set up for 10 or more inboxes - Look the other way. Why?? Fastmail support is sorely lacking in response time, efficiency and quality. Waiting 24 - 48 hours for an email response that asks you to explain what you spelled out clearly in your first email - and then waiting another 24 hours for them to respond with no information and incorrect assessments of what is happening is simply not good enough. When your email is critical to your day to day running of a business (and who's isn't) this is simply not acceptable

I've been using fastmail on and off throughout last would say 3 years and yep the great thing is functionality, security, and lastly the possibility if not in use for awhile to re-create one's account with the older credentials. Way to go guys carry on creating a first class service!

I've used Fastmail for many years. Secure and safe. I have a Fastmail account and a Yahoo account. I use Fastmail for private and Yahoo when you have to sign up for shopping and junk. Can't fault Fastmail. Does what I want. It may not be as fancy as others but I don't need that. I need reliability and to feel secure. You get nothing for free. My personal data important. No hesitation in recommending Fastmail. Great android app as well.

I agree with the other five-star reviews. We have used Fastmail for nine years. What price do you put on privacy? The Fastmail company doesn't profile you and sell you to advertisers. Plus, the service is rock-solid and dependable. I like the Fastmail smartphone app. Easy to access, compose and reply to emails on the go. When I've referred others to Fastmail, they find it a breath of fresh air. I take advantage of Fastmail's aliases, folders and rules for organizing and sorting incoming and outgoing email. I use different email addresses for different web services. If I want to pull the plug on a service, I can delete the alias, too, and never be bothered by marketing emails.

I had this FastMail for many years as a second email. When they started charging it made me think what is FastMail worth? Comparing to all the other FREE email's Gmail/Yahoo etc etc etc ..there was NOTHING I could see that made FastMail worth PAYING for. It has a very simple interface .. definitely NO BETTER than all the rest. In the past I actually had PROBLEMS with FastMail that I have never had with any other mail system. FASTMAIL IS NOT WORTH PAYING FOR !!!
