Wow! What the heck is happening here? Fastmail has been around since 1999, so I totally expected kind of an outdated experience. What I actually found blew my mind a bit. As someone who runs a SaaS platform and knows the pains of achieving good UI/UX, I have to say that Fastmail is a master class in interface design, and makes Gmail look like a trash heap and HEY look like a toy. Everything is so well designed and thought out with attention to every detail. The email client is highly configurable, but all the settings are intuitively organized. I have yet to find a flaw that really bugs me, other than not being able to right click a contact and choose an option like "Add email to existing contact." Instead, I have to add it, then go into my contacts and merge the two. Just a minor nitpick, though! Looking forward to a very pleasant email experience for the foreseeable future!

Trouble free usage for many years. And perhaps more privacy than the typical “free” platforms. A big plus is swift personal help when needed. By an actual knowledgeable human being!

I have had only good experiences with it. Hence, don't have an excuse to reduce any stars in the rating, but I feel somewhat sad that to have a nice, secure, convenient E-mail service in today's world, we got to pay rather than experience it for free, like we used to two decades back !! If only they had a free version too... 🥲 However, this musing of mine is about any paid E-service in general, not just Fastmail ... I absolutely love Fastmail!❤️ Their paid service is beyond excellent 🙏🙏🙏 Never have had reason till date to contact their Customer Support . Their website user interface is butter-smooth & aesthetic, calming . 100% ad-free...

The more I dove into Fastmail the more impressed I was. I loved everything about it. It just feels smoother, better, more elegant, customizable, and well thought out in every way. I was going to wait and see if/when my Gmail aliases stopped working before jumping to another service, but after dipping my toe in, I just made the jump yesterday. Now all my domains are here and it feels like home. The whole process was easy. Importing all my mail, contacts, filtering rules, and domains. Syncing my contacts with my iPhone. GREAT documentation on everything including setting up the DNS records at Cloudflare. Hopefully I never need to switch again because Fastmail absolutely rocks. Just really, really impressed. I haven't even had to deal with support yet to find out how that is.

Using Fastmail since 2015 - super happy with the performance and with their - very rarely used - support. Paying for Email is money well spend and not being bombarded by spam is nice. Give them a try, you won't regret it. (Just a happy customer)

I have tried several email platforms, and Fastmail is the best by far.
