The process is fast as far as divorces go, all forms and paperwork done fairly easily.

Was able to speak to a human immediately when I had questions. The advertising of 21 day is misleading. It took me 10 days to complete requirements, and the 21 days does not start counting until it is filled,

We were guided through the process and our questions answered in a timely and professional manner. My only negative was I felt surprised at the cost. It was significantly more than I thought it would be from the beginning. Perhaps I didn't read all the fine print.

My experience with this company has been extremely concerning, and I question whether its practices comply with the applicable Florida Bar rules governing legal services. After opening my online account, I paid the $99 fee as instructed. Despite doing so, no one contacted me for several months, and I was ultimately forced to reach out to them myself. At that point, I was told I still needed to pay the initial fee, even though I had already done so. After going back and forth, I had to independently locate the charge on my credit card statement because the company apparently had no record of my initial payment. Only after I provided proof of payment did they then request a second payment. It has now been more than three months, and I am still nowhere near completing my divorce. At one point, I was advised that my case had been accepted, that I qualified for a quick divorce, and that an attorney would contact me within 3 to 5 days. That still has not happened. This process has been disorganized, misleading, and unacceptable. I will likely request a refund and file a complaint with the Florida Bar regarding my experience. I do not recommend this company.

So far everyone has been very clear when explaining the process. The process has moved along according as described. Timeframe has moved along as the timeline given. Hopefully the rest is also smooth and fast.
