Apps are horrible, and then they force you to upgrade to "Pro" plans for the features that should have been included in the plan that you purchased. I understand paying more for new or unique features - but they ask for money for the basics... it's beyond silly.

This VPN is horrible, and each update removes prior capabilities. My "lifetime" membership, purchased back in 2021 cannot connect to any servers now. Each site I click on, even in the US spams me for a "Pro" subscription. I paid for lifetime, life time of what, a common housefly? I literally cannot connect at all. Every time I try, I get redirected to a page to purchase a "Pro" sub. Really? I wonder if they are based in the US as we have laws against scams like this. And to FastestVPN, don't try to respond to my post suggesting I contact customer support, this is an intentionally slimy business practice. I've seen hundreds of posts all over the place of others who have had the same experience as me!!

I wanted to try the service and I only bought it because they offer a refund policy. I didn't use it at the end and requested the refund. They said it was alright but nevertheless got charged a few weeks later. I wrote them again and for now I got no response. Update: They said the refund was already processed and yes, I got a refund for the price of one month but I got charged twice. Once the 5th of november and once the 5th of december 2023.

Eu estou dando 1 estrela pela falta de transparência e honestidade da empresa, eu procurei o suporte várias vezes. Na primeira ocasião do atendimento via chat a empresa negou que fizesse controle de tráfego e que tivesse reduzindo minha velocidade, depois voltei a procurar outras vezes através do ticket #16957 e não houve solução definitiva pois o problema voltou a acontecer. Sejam honestos e transparentes, a empresa poderia ter alegado que o produto tem um custo muito baixo e não se destina a um perfil de consumo de 5 ou 7 terabytes por mês, mas isso não foi feito.
