Awesome support and instant solution on live chat,

One month after successful usage the app started to glitch. I contacted support and they told me to log out of the app and then log in again and change the server type to TCP or UDP in Settings. I did as told and voila - everything works again. Thank you!

Had an issue connecting to anything and was constantly receiving the same error messages. Reached out to chat support and Chuck had my issue resolved in under 10mins. Thanks again for the friendly positive attitude.

Bought a lifetime subscription for an (extremely) low price, and honestly wasn't expecting much other than a bare minimum. In truth it's surpassed all expectations. Had some minor hiccups (account didn't work for a bit, killswitch wasn't enabled, meaning it reverted back to normal internet when disconnected from the VPN) but they were amazingly quickly solved by the support team.

technical support is very fast, as compared to nord, ipvanish, cyberghost etc etc this vpn is pocket friendly, fast and i would highly recommend

App stopped working and after trying the FAQ and changing the settings it still would not connect. 30 seconds onto the live support chat and it was fixed, not sure what they did but now it is working and compared to other VPN's I have tried (quite a lot some paid for and free ones) I am very happy with the app connection speed and there does not seem to be any lag when web browsing. Keep a lookout for discount codes and this VPN could cost you a little less than full price.

Works like a charm. I tested it on my Android phone, Android TV (was able to change geo location really easy and watch Netflix / Disney+), and on my notebook. I was able to log in and buy Youtube Premium from India. I am now able to get better deals based on the location. Also many thanks to Ivan, this guy helped me a lot in all my settings!

had some issues connecting. So I went to the 24 hr live chat. The person on the other end (Ivan) was very polite and patient (I am not that computer savvy) and helped me solve my connectivity issues and now I am back on track. Thank you for the wonderful service.
