I contacted chat because I was having an issue with the app freezing and crashing after installing the new version. Frank sent me a link to a different installation file. The link worked, the app installed quickly, and ran perfectly.

This VPN called FastestVPN has the Fastest Customer service. I initiated a chat with a question and someone replied literally in less than 10 seconds. I was impressed by that. But more importantly their reply answered my question on the first try. Their customer service are Real People and NOT an A.I. bot. They earned my honest & good review.

Excellent as always

For 12 USD the lifetime license is great. While the windows app is absolute crap, OpenVPN profiles work just fine and I can connect to any server without issues. The Android app is also fine. The streaming servers use residential IP's and work perfectly with any website I tried. This really beats any other VPN I have used in the past as they had datacenter IP's that were banned from most streaming services. Speeds are also great, on the server closest to me I get speeds of around 250 megabits per second, which is slower then my normal internet speed (600 megabits) but still acceptable for anything you throw at it.

I had a problem with my app on Windows post upgrade and wasn't going away even with an uninstall/reinstall. Contacted support. To my surprise the response was instant and Alden helped me quickly in getting the issue resolved. In fact, I waited long before reaching support assuming I might not get appropriate help. FastestVPN support team is awesome and quick! .. Thanks team
