I worked with a customer support agent "Natalie" (probably not real name but alias was used for customer support). This was using their 24/7 chat support feature on their website. Natalie was very fast to respond and make the fix to the server back-end to resolve an authentication issue. This greatly improves my faith in FastestVPN to keep their connections up-to-date and resolve issues when I bring them up. I am typically skeptical of products like VPNs but good experiences like that help me have confidence in buying/using their products.

do not use special characters. it make connection problem. This has bothered me for three months. Thanks to Chuck who helped me with the chat, I was able to solve the problem.

Their support is great. Anytime I have had a problem they were able to fixit right away. A program is only as good as its support. Fastest VPN has great support.

I got the lifetime deal for 20USD a few Black Friday's ago. Couldn't quite believe it, so I paid with Paypal just in case! :) I did not have any major issues with it, that said I only give it very light use. I have now tested with KODI and it does work! The only additional constructive comment I would give them is to update the TUTORIALS. Sure, chat is there to help you, but chat could have been left alone if the tutorials were updated. :D Speed wise, it is good but you loose a tiny bit (about 5MB per second download speed on a 600mbps connection) In conclusion, although not the best VPN availalbe, it is VERY GOOD for the price.

I donno from where and for what reason those negative reviews come from. Perhaps competitors not happy with their price! I'm using their service in a restricted zone and it does quite well. No issues so far.

I had a cellphone connection problem and after a few questions from the help desk assistant, I was told to change the protocol to TCP/UDP. This change fixed my problem.
