The servers seem fine and I like non 14 eyes and no logging.. And the price. Where it falls short is it's own client is TERRIBLE! On all 4 devices I use it has been a nightmare. I finally found a 3rd party client and another 3rd party kill switch. They work great but I hate that I had to use them. Customer service response is excellent... But the solutions they give you are... Will fix soon.. Will get back to you.. Etc. All lies. So.. Middle of the road service altogether I guess. If you plan to use a client app you like then there should be no problems. (I also don't like the name since it is another lie. And they claim a number of servers.. Which also appears to be a lie)... actually that's a lot if lying. Makes you wonder what else they lie about. Logging? NSA front? (Probably not, they would have the black gov funds to run well and be a top service IMO)
