So far the customer service is great. Had an issues and it was quickly resolved. As a new customer, it will be a while before I can comment on VPN performance.

I paid a service forever. after that I had to pay a small amount every month to unlock all the countries so i I contacted customer service And they gave it to me including what I bought:) So thank you very much!!

I just updated the app and had an issue adding a login. Their chat was prompt to work with me and we got it resolved.
