The Tech Trevor assitedd me without a problem. I have a suggestion though. For a password reset you should be able to send the link to any mail account. This would haave solved my problem quicker

I had contacted FastestVPN before to good effect. Here my computer and VPN and everything WiFi all crashed, I was frustrated and a bit desperate. Natalie send one set of instructions, didn't work, but when she sent again, all went well and all services restored. Still not entirely sure if this was FastestVPN or other problem, but appreciate her sticking with it! 5 stars!

The daytime support team is better than the on-call team that works at night. I recommend that you request support during normal business hours and they will serve you very well.

I have used this company for a few years & I can say that the product is very good with good support as well.
