I thought I would try for cost as compared to others. I had problems the entire way. It would not open my most used sites unless I changed server locations. It would disconnect me from internet constantly. I got CS and they were nice and helpful but told me to logout, change protocols, change server locations reconnect several times. Too much to do to use it. I ended and went back to my original VPN. I wasn't eligible for refund as it is 15 days, not 30.

Gets caught by Disney & zee5, can't be sure what other sites it fails on. CS can't even confirm when issue with 2 major sites will be resolved. It seems GhostVPN is offering better security & geo restrictions.

The service is just dire. I purchased their 'lifetime subscription' @stacksocial, but don't use it anymore, since it's just waste of time and money. And I want to mention, that I made my purchase in the mid-January 2020, so it's almost a year by now, so all thoughts that maybe it was a coincidence or some temporary service glitches are gone by now for obvious reasons. I gave it more than enough time to get fixed and it was never fixed and never ever worked as it was intended/promised. Mostly to get in you have to pick servers one by one and try to connect, sometimes it takes 15-20 mins to get through, sometimes you can't connect at all. And even if you're lucky enough, you will get mediorce speeds and will get disconnected in 20-30 mins and you'll have to go through the process once again if you want to continue. Just the worst VPN experience for me, I've tried several other VPNs (expressvpn, goosevpn, nordvpn, windscribe etc.) and FastestVPN is the worst by FAR. Even free services that I tested out are more stable and do work much better than this payed service with a 'lifetime subscription'. And now they are sending emails trying to urge clients into buying their 'PRO' version for 2$ a month. Like... what? We've already payed you for a premium service and got a dreadful one instead, so no thanks. Because I am pretty sure that afterwards u'll send another email advising us all to buy 'ULTRA' version for 5$, then 'MEGA' version for 10$ and so on. That is not how you do business. The fact is, by now you can't provide service that's worth even 2-star review. And yes, pretty sure all those 5-star positive reviews are made up by FastestVPN admins/affiliated persons).It's obvious cause it's mostly the only review for those accounts, praising FastestVPN) And please pay attention to the fact, that they aren't responding to negative reviews. Know why? Cause obviously they have nothing to come up with and reply to look decent afterwards. So, overall - buyer beware! definitely NOT recommmended!

Purchased this VPN via Stack Social. Main reason for purchase was their ''SATSFACTION GURANTEE'' as we all know when you buying something of this nature you need some confidence. They say on their website '' If you not completely 100% not happy we will give you refund. So after trying VPN for 4 days which for my use was useless very slow and not connecting, I got in touch with Their CS. to be fair they gave me few tips to try. which I did but no luck. so I join their online chat and asked for refund. They flatly refused to give me refund. they saying you purchased from stack social ask them we can't issue refund. attitude was below par and not friendly at all. that was very disappointing. I urge any potential buyer to consider this before buying their services because if it doesn't do what it suppose to do, you will have fight and stress to deal with. Reviews seems too good to be true in some places. connections are very unstable slow and not usable. dont waste your money with this company. AVOID is my advice. waiting for stack social s reply to see what they can do. Update. Stake social are equally if not worse, really bad. Their response is.... "We don't issue refund for digital software once it is activated" How you suppose to know if you don't try?? This is Despite VPN provider saying on their website" 15 says money back gurantee". Both Stack social and Fastest(lol) VPN refused refund. So my opinion remains same don't bother..

Its hard to get this vpn connected, also they have very limited servers

Scammers and liars. They put fake reviews of trustpilot on their website for many months that show 9.3 stars which is fake. They never had 9.3 stars. They are lying about their refund policy. They say it takes 15 days to process the refund. And the money back guarantee ends in 15 days. So they do this to scam you and prevent you from getting the refund.

It often takes me 20 minutes to get a stable connection... Terrible vpn

I've tried it for several days now, and the connection is indeed quite fast, but extremely unstable. FastestVPN loses its connection every 15 to 30 minutes, making it extremely unreliable. Sometimes the app will automatically reconnect and fix it, sometimes it won't and you have to switch to a different location (where you will have the same issue 15 to 30 minutes later). Completely useless!
