Here is a big problem for consumers if you buy from Stacksocial, they do not offer a refund of your money, and it happened to me that the program does not start on my PC, I have tried everything, installing it again, I have cleaned the registry, I have tried open with windows compatibility troubleshooter and neither, customer service is lousy, please don't buy this software, I'm not the only one who hasn't worked

I found FASTESTVPN seriously impractical. Despite what has advertised for FastestVPN, many servers (countries) do not work at all. When I click on Smart connect in the FastestVPN desktop app, it crashes! When I choose a country to connect to, the FastestVPN not only can't connect to many countries but also kills my internet connection and I have no way but to restart my PC. On top of that, the FastestVPN service is running suspiciously even when I closed the windows app or after booting the computer while I prevented it to be started with windows. The Fastest VPN for Android is even more awful. It shows that it is connected but it is not! I think FastestVPN put me in danger since while I thought I am using a VPN for my banking transactions, etc. while it does not work at all. I am completely unsatisfied with FastestVPN and I wish I never purchased my life-time plan.

Complete Garbage, if i could leave a negative review I would. Purchased a license on stacksocial could not connect at all, contacted fastestvpn support was told by Alden to logout of the app close the program and try again. WRONG What happened next is reprehensible, their Windows software killed the internet on my computer completely, likely the kill switch screwed up the TCP stack or worse and made a bunch of registry changes. Support is clueless, telling me to try and connect when the internet is down you can't connect with their app. This means you are left in an unusable state as their software is poorly written with no fail-safe to protect against this from happening. A more senior tech Wayne got on the chat to apologize and offered a bunch of reset commands and restart, Nothing worked. I asked for a refund and was told to contact stacksocial. I sent multiple emails and no response yet. If i don't get a response I'm filling a complaint with my credit card. Completely Garbage service from a company that has no clue how to fix this problem they create. Wayne even stated this has happened before, how good is that now. Fix your Damn software.

This is the worst VPN .. just has the UI and its proxies to different servers in other countries. I have use Nord VPN and is definitely way superior. Support sucks.. no response on chat or email. Dont buy its a scam .. I will be reporting it to BBB.

VERY SLOW. The correct name should be the SlowestVPN. I tried to get in touch to ask for my money back and it didn't work out. They roll a lot! Don't buy it.

My PC is running Windows 10 with the latest update. I purchased the lifetime subscription and tried to install the VPN service as instructed in their tutorial. From the beginning, I had a hard time establishing a connection. I chatted with a support member and he suggested I logout and login using a different vpn protocol that you could choose from their app. Still no connection. I uninstalled the application, reinstalled the application. Restarted my PC (just in case). I was then able to establish a connection. I shutdown my PC for the night and the next morning, I encountered the same problem of establishing a connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my PC, still no connection. I tried to get support from their chat service but I was put on hold twice and wasted almost 10 minutes waiting for the chat support person to help me. I ended the chat disappointed of the support. I think I gave FastestVPN a fair chance to work. When I was using Nord VPN, I never encountered this problem. So I am back to Nord. I tried FastestVPN because I wanted to gift it to a relative who is not very tech savvy. Based on my experience with FastestVPN, my relative would have been frustrated as well. I have a copy of my receipt from FastestVPN and I emailed their support requesting a refund. Let us see if I get the refund.

All of the one-star reviews on this product are true. FastestVPN definitely does not live to its name, making other VPNs much more lucrative, but even worse is that their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen of any VPN company. There is no specialized team for issuing refunds. On their page they will offer links to customer support but when you email them directly, they will treat your refund request like a technical issue and try to "troubleshoot", in the hopes that you will stop halfway though. They also send you sketchy WebTransfer links for you to download instead of their main website. Of course, I did not open that link for the mere fact that FastestVPN support is starting to feel like a phishing attempt. Anyways, they bluently told me that "refund is not an issue" and I ended it there because from my knowledge, their support email is the only place I can contact on my own time. I decided not to engage with such obvious scummy practices. [Just to interject, they boast support for a lot of platforms on their download page but hardly update their Firestick apps, as they are buggy, crashes consistently, and lacks even the most basic features. Their performance and quality are barely as impressive as their customer service.] This VPN is not even WORTH a lifetime sub of $16. It is worth the nasty reputation that the free vpns have (scummy, untrustworthy), but hey, they got it close enough I guess! For any big tech websites like TechRadar or PCWorld out there, please consider the genuine user reviews on this website as a true indicator of what "Fastest"VPN has to offer. If they can't even deliver on customer satisfaction, what makes you think they will be even be half as secure and trustworthy?
