Worst experience with fastestvpn. I was a life time deal owner. And got refund because the VPN failed to connect every time on mobile or browser. Each time I tried to connect my mobile or chrome browser it failed and I have to open a ticket to customer support. After wasting the whole month I got a refund and they issued the refund after 15 to 20 days.

Not only does the program STINK, their money back guarantee is NOT TRUE!!! I spoke to Alden on 11/19/22 at 1:04pm to cancel before the 15 days limit. He told me I would get the money in a week! Have you seen it? Neither have I……AVOID it is a rip off!!!

I am sending a message from Iran. In Iran, we are under the most severe filtering in history. I wanted to test FastestVPN. But before buying, I asked the online support to give me a few minutes of free service. Online support guided me and gave me solutions. Solutions such as AnyConnect or IPSEC for iPhone, but unfortunately none of them were activated. While ExpressVPN, Windscribe, GhostVPN work well in Iran. This VPN is not good for Iran!

WORST COMPANY SCAM !!!! Bought lifetime plan, asked for a refund after 10 minutes, then, still waiting after 20 days for my refund, when i try to talk with them, they answer till i say that i want a refund, then, they stop answering !!!

Scam, bad experience. u have to connect & disconnect couple times to make it work. now it's not working at all

Bought Lifetime from StackSocial, wouldn't connect to any servers when it did. It kept disconnecting randomly. I had to re-install this program nearly 30 times I would say over a period of 5 days. Hangs when going to launch the program also on start, so I couldn't even get into it to use it at times. Support did message me back which was surprising, but I had to force a refund via PayPal after both companies refused a refund. I have used PureVPN for 5 years with no problems, NORD, and also the free ProtonVPN all of which have worked right away with zero hitches. This FastestVPN is I would say the worst of all VPNs. Allot of these positive comments are fake, they do this to try get you to buy the product. The difference is I am truthful and honest, if you buy this lifetime crap you will feel like you have been scammed as it is way too much hassle and extremely unstable, littered with bugs, and connection issues, my advice go with PureVPN's, 5 year plan, by far the best out there for price, nothing comes close. Been a waste of my time using this VPN. Literally, free VPN services offer way way better service like Protons free VPN. Avoid this VPN ,I do also worry about security and data which they now have of mine. Such a grave mistake, I will never be fooled for this again.
