I made a recent transaction on faster pay from more than a week now..it is still showing pending.i don't know how long they want to hold my money but I am seriously disappointed in an app that the name implies paying fast.please approve my transaction and release my funds..I even emailed them but they take forever to reply

Opened an account. Uploaded all my details. Then they asked me to send an actual selfie with my ID. I did all of that. They then proceeded to question why my passport is different from my country of residence. After answering all their questions thoroughly, I am being ignored. This is a real violation of personal information and extremely unprofessional. Never experienced this in my life. I have messaged numerous times but absolutely no response. My advice is to stay faaar away. There are better, more trustworthy competitors. Says a lot that I went through the effort to register a trust pilot account just to write this review.

It's a pity I can't upload a picture here, I said this guys are bunch of scammers. After my review here 2 days ago I was told to message them on Facebook which I did but just for them to tell me to inform the sender to verify his/her account after telling them this below more than 2 weeks now I don't have the person's contact as we only transact on a crypto p2p platform where he bought crypto and decided to pay with fasterpay, and I believe no one can send money out of fasterpay without verifying their account according what you guys told me when I just registered. so I agreed to accept fasterpay payment because I know if he's able to send money to me then he's account has been fully verified. so if he's yet to verified his account what does that have to do with me? it's over a month now where would I find someone that we only transact on crypto p2p platform? It's more than 2 month and 2 weeks now and you're just telling me to go and tell sender to verify account how does it concerns me? Why don't you have the seller verify their account before allowed to do any transactions as you did to me? Now I only had a transaction with sender on a crypto platform and since then we never had encounter I don't even know the person so if they have issue verifying their account talk to them directly why sending me? You allowed transaction to go successfully you're now telling me after we've completed our transaction to inform them to verify account who does that now? Please just release my fund I'm fed up of your useless account

Hi Mariam, FasterPay has its own policy intended to protect you, as an account holder, from unauthorized transactions and to protect businesses from possible fraudulent activity, too. Your account was restricted due to the unusual activity pattern it was used. The source of funds (sender) should verify their accounts first with FasterPay. Once they are able to comply with the verification process, you should be able to use your funds again. Our team has been in constant communication with you through Facebook and via the existing email thread we have with you — #OC-220208-RCYS.

If I could give it a big fat 0 I would. I contacted them at the END OF MAY regarding a payment to Doggoland which they said would be refunded in 3-7 working days, since then I have had one email telling me to wait as my bank may take longer to refund it to my account. The Halifax has done most transactions within a couple of hours so 7 working days is a long time, however still no refund, no response to the 24/7 chat and support message I sent 2 weeks ago or the email I sent telling them still nothing. In fact no response at all from the company and between it all we have registered my mums death and buried her all with no contact from this company. Save yourself hassle and use Paypal who imo give a far superior service
