FastApplyReviews of fastapply.co

I had a very disappointing experience with FastApply and its “Apply for Me” service. I subscribed expecting the service to identify suitable jobs and submit applications on my behalf. For more than three weeks, the service repeatedly showed jobs being found, but my dashboard showed 0 applications submitted and 0 credits used. After contacting support, I was initially told that applications had been stuck in a processing queue because of infrastructure issues. I was asked to give the service another week, which I did. Later, the founder, Clinton, acknowledged another significant issue with my account. Because of a bug, although I had selected Research Scientist, Assistant Scientist and Research Assistant, the system had apparently only been searching for Research Scientist for several weeks. He acknowledged that I had therefore seen only a fraction of the available jobs and that this was their fault. I was then offered another free week. However, after already spending weeks dealing with these issues, I decided I no longer wanted to continue and requested a refund. This is where the experience became even more frustrating. I was previously told that if the service was still not delivering after the additional week, my refund would be processed. I gave it the additional time and subsequently requested the refund. The response I eventually received was that FastApply has a no-refund policy because the service had been used. That is extremely frustrating given that FastApply had already acknowledged multiple technical issues affecting the service and had previously indicated that a refund would be available if the additional trial period did not resolve the problem. I understand that no service can guarantee a job, and my complaint isn't about not getting hired. My complaint is about paying for an automated application service that did not function as expected for a significant part of the subscription, having those issues acknowledged by the company, and then having a previously indicated refund refused. I have contacted support multiple times and spent far more time following up than I ever expected to. Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for the Apply for Me service without carefully considering how the refund process works. I hope FastApply eventually reviews my case fairly and honours the refund commitment that was previously made.

it gave me irrelevant jobs when i search through keywords only 1 or 2 jobs are relevant .the customer service also don't respond. it is a complete scam and the auto matic job application process also doesnot work

There is no customer support. I have sent multiple messages via chat option and it has been more than 48 hours and nobody has responded to my text. I reached out via email and it's the same issue. Other ai apply sites have been user interface compared to FastApply.

Complete scam, with no connection to LinkedIn offers and a very poor matching algorithm, searching only by job title. Customer service does not react, I guess the money back guarantee is just a lie. Avoid at all cost.

Not able to cancel my subscription, your cancel subscription button is not working ,i constantly emailed your support team but no response

I got the service when they first launched and since they've upgraded their service, they have decided to freeze me out. When I signed up the plan was 100 resumes per day, I sent out about 30 resumes almost a week ago and ever since then I've been getting the message "you've reached your daily limit 0/100" and I am unable to use the service even though I already paid for the year. People are looking for jobs and fastapply is taking their $$ without giving them service. People said it's a scam, I should've believed them. EDIT: And one more thing, when the user tries to go to their "Help / Contact us" page it states the page "no longer exists" and they want you to contact them via whatsapp... no thanks, my whatsapp number is for my friends and family, not a business that randomly stops offering their service.
