I don't think you do a good job of…
I don't think you do a good job of updating your customers on orders and when they will be shipped. Also when items are out of stock, you do not provide updates on when they will be in stock; if the delay will be longer than you expect and not good advising when a refund has been issued. All these need items listed need improvement.

I didn't like the fact that you guys no longer have the paypal gate for check out. Once, and if you get it back I will begin to shop with you guys again, and continue to be a loyal customer.

I still haven’t received my package.
I placed my order 3-13-21 for my birthday Been checking my tracking number with Fed-ex it’s been saying label made shipment pending since 3-31-21. Fasbags assured me that Fed-ex had my package and was just holding it. Then 2 days later Fasbags tell me that my package was seized by customs! It’s poor business to give a customer the run around when you already have there money in my opinion. An I still haven’t received my package as of today 4-23-21. Sincerely, A fed 🆙 customer!
