This was a birthday gift for my brother. He loved it and so did his kids. Although he would have preferred it had the ability to swap between bracelet and necklace, but loved it all the same.

Good company to work with. Quick response time. Items look exactly like that shown in their pages. Only issue I have is that when ordering make sure you note which heart gets which name. (i.e. smalles to to largest) if that makes a difference to you.
