They made sure I was happy by providing me with an additional gift. I will definitely use this company again in the future if I need personalized jewelry. The quality of the products were very nice.

Hello, it's been a while... Today I got my package. The item came from Israel, that was quite a distance though. But my wait is worth it. I understand the delays. I thought it would not arrive. But it did arrive. Thank you Faruzo for this item. I will give this as a birthday gift to a special person.

This was for a gift. It was beautifully packaged also to include a gift bag. Price was reasonable and the person loves the gift. Would buy again.

This company has great products and customer service is amazing. There was a defect in the necklace I purchased for my husband. I reached out to the customer service team and the first question was “what can we do to make it right” ? It took no time for the new necklace to be shipped to us. I definitely recommend this company.

Had a great experience from this shop. I purchased two necklaces. One as gift and one for myself. I loved mine it was lovely. I literally would wear it all the time since it said my name on it. But I forgot to put it away and it turned dark so I no longer wear it. Other than that I would purchase again.

I made an error in my order. I requested the date be etched on my ordered necklace. The date I requested was incorrect. Faruzo agreed to replace the necklace at no charge. That is exceptional customer service. Excellent customer care.
