Good product! Shipping unloading instructions should have been included. Snowblower unit and packaging is NOT on or ATTACHED to a Pallet. Unit Must be lifted by ALL 4 corner brackets or lifting EYE on center of gravity which is covered up by polyethylene wrapping! Unit was shipped just setting on a wooden frame, not attached, nor capable for lifting!

Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because it sucks at chipping brush ans vibrates your hands so bad you cant even touch the stick other than that love it!

Grinder is a beast. But with only 25 hp you have to only take 1-2 inches at a time. I bought the pro model with springs and gauge. Looking back I could have used the std model. As my hp’s are too low to even make the depth gauge move. Pro would be great for tractors with 35-40 hp. Using on a new holland work master 25

The snowblower came when expected to a point, had trouble tracking after the expected delivery date had passed. They provided me with a $30 welcome to the family code, before using this code I tried to use a code for 5% off from a Rockwell farm you tube review but that code said it was not valid so I applied the $30 code, after placing my order I checked my email and there was a 5% off code for having placed the snowblower in my cart and to make up my mind if I wanted the snowblower. I am happy that the $160 difference would not break my bank but it would have been nice in my pocket.

Purchased the combo chipper and stump grinder and they worked with me on upgrading to the pro model of the grinder. Had to hold off delivery for two weeks after purchased and they coordinated that part of the purchase. 4 stars as I purchased the green stump grinder and received the orange one but minor issue. Have used the grinder but not the chipper as of this date. Would purchase again.

Shipping crate was broken and parts falling out. Hard mounting 3 point hitch bracket, without taking the guard off. The guard was the broken piece, so it needed fixing anyways.

Good product. Reasonable price. The delivery was a little challenging. The user manual is lacking. Example is check gearbox oil. Doesn’t say how to check gearbox Oil level. also the diagram of the gearbox does have a note that says this is not a diagram of your gearbox. This is not particularly helpful. Otherwise very satisfied.

Ordering was simple. Product is good quality. Don't buy without getting a backup camera. It's a necessity.
