It was easy to order the product. I got the lift gate service. The product was deliver even earlier than promised. I was impressed with the crate it came in. There was not damage to even the crate. The parts were wrap in bubble wrap and taped securely. The parts were secured with zip ties so they could not move around. All parts was present and accounted for.

Was able to reach the sales staff to answer all of my questions and also reach the shipping staff to check the status of where my order was during shipment. Purchased the VLF57 Offset Flail Ditch Bank Mower. Was more than satisfied with the price and how well constructed the unit is. Tested it out and on day one was impressed on how well it holds up as I put it through well overgrown area.

I had someone i could speak to and ask questions about the implement I was interested in before I bought it. I was able to go to the warehouse and pick the item up.

Shipped quickly. Worked perfectly. Only issue was finding where the instructions were hidden.

Way better quality than expected. This cuts through stumps with ease and is easy to hook up. Making the driveshaft shorter for a compact Kubota was easy with a portable bandsaw.

Once we got a hold of some one they were great and answered all of my questions Very happy with purchase will use again

Great mower

They kept me informed about my order and it was delivered on time. It is at least as good as I hoped it would be. I have ask a lot from this mower and it has performed beautifully. I am very impressed and pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend farmry and will probably be back for future purchases.
