Easy to deal with, clear description, fair price

Fast delivery. Excellent packaging. The backhoe attachment is top quality. This is a heavy duty unit. I’m definitely ordering other equipment from Farmry in the near future.

Encounter some difficulty with the assembly due to my location and outside environment being very cold at the time. The chute controller did not work initially due to the spade terminals within were loose making a poor connection. This I believe is not Farmry's fault. Probably a third party part. FYI, the termination within the controller could be done differently to allow more room inside the controller to eleviate this problem in the future. Moving on to the next issue I encountered. The hydraulic hose connections on the pump, all were loose. I had to tighten several times, not sure why they keep coming loose. I had several conversations with Scott @ farmry and he did an awesome job with handling my issues. This is a well built unit and sure this will last a long time. Customer support and service have been great to work with and I would definitely recommend the product. Thank you Farmry.

Ordered a 60inch snow blower. Shipping was awesome. Received incredibly fast. The instructions for installing parts especially the PTO shaft were lacking information for a first time user of tractor equipment. I had to rely on friends for answers.

got what I needed at a great price delivered on time just before the snow hit. Could not track order on web site had to call and request tracking but were given tracking info right away no questions.

I ordered the 3 point snowblower (60") after I talked with a customer support rep who was quite nice and showed me that the website was working correctly. I had sized my windows screen so that the "continue" button was not vissible. The order was processed smoothly and while tracking the shipment, a Monday date was indicated. It tuns out I needed to book a delivery appointment with the shipper. Ironically, it took over a week to receive it because of the holiday shutdowns and a snow storm.
