Up Front… Great experience! Due to PayPal use, there was confusion on shipping company and arrival date in PayPal’s system. I called Customer Service and no answer at first, but a quick callback before I even set the phone down. Zach checked their system and determined the correct company, sent screenshots of statuses, and even the phone number for the local shipping terminal who quickly set up a delivery that fit my schedule. The WCAP5 chipper went together fairly quick. It’s a pretty solid build and has convenient lube points. I couldn’t afford the hydraulic feed version and accepted I’d have to work harder with the gravity feed… nope! It’s designed to pull the branches in as it chips. If something isn’t feeding, just feed your next branch. That being said, you have to keep in mind the ‘spread’ of the ‘limbs’ of the branch you’re feeding and how stiff they are. You’ll quickly get familiarized with what it’ll chew up and May need to trim stiffer limbs spreading more than the 5”. I’m very happy with my purchase! My reason for choosing Farmy was reviews about the Customer Service… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shipment took a couple of days longer than expected. Unit arrived in pretty good condition, a few paint scratches but I’m sue that I will add some more. Assembly took me a bit, while assembling the feed shute I could have used an extra person. Also I was surprised that I needed to shorten the PTO shaft. I read the manual and watched a coupe of U tube videos and had it ready to try. I was able to chip a couple of small trees before I was forced inside by the rain. The chipper is built well and it gobbled up the tree branches in no time. I fed a 4” chunk in and it didn’t miss a beat.

First it's good equipment. It's a decent price. The person i talked to on the phone in N Carolina we knowledgeable and kind. The liftgate service I paid $60.00 for didn't work and I had the company in town 1mile away "Honce Implement" take it off the truck to keep the trucking company from doing more trips from Springfield. The next Monday they helped me put it partially together on my tractor to drive it to my house, so I bought them all lunch, which you all covered by refunding me the $60.00 gate fee and the extra $50.00 which I used on their lunch. With all the dishonesty in this world, your company proved to me you are not like that. I will definitely tell everyone that wants to listen about my amazing experience from you all. THANK YOU.

It was all about customer service. I ordered an item but shortly after had a health condition that would not allow me to use or even un-crate it for a few months. Customer service worked with me to cancel the order quickly before it shipped and gave me a full refund. I will re-order when healthy again.
