Phoned in to be sure i was looking into to right product before ordering. They were very helpful. I then ordered it on line. Delivery took a little longer than I expected,but it wasn't bad. I was missing parts, but they arrived shortly after a Phoned in the issue. Delivery was on time and no damage to the carton or product. It was easy to put together but the photos seemed difficult to understand...my bad I guess. I was impressed with the construction and the materials used. I did give it a short test and everything worked as expected.

Product is good quality. It was delivered in a timely fashion, 2 weeks to get it.

No call before item was shipped. Confirmed order stated I would be notified when item was shipped, but it never happened. Shipping department needs to up their game...

Good solid piece of equipment. Easy to order, quick delivery and works as advertised.

Received the product promptly, and was pleased it operated as advertised. Required some effort to assemble, and there were very little instructions included, but your technical support was easy to contact and very knowledgeable.

The purchasing and delivery was great. I have not gotten to use my VLF65 yet (3 weeks) due to the hoses too short for my tractor. Trying to buy extension hoses and coupling them together and then making a 180⁰ turn to connect yo my hydraulics has been a challenge to say the least. I would to have a one piece hose from each port on each cylinder long enough to reach the hydraulic ports on my 2022 John Deere 3033R. Trying to connect these hoses will.be an ongoing problem. I would be glad to get the proper measurements if you're interested. I would love to tell you how much I enjoy using it and how well it cuts, but I can't at this time. Thanks, Joe Edwards. Update: Finally made contact with customer service (neither phone numbers actually work) thru email, they sold me the hoses at the correct length that I requested and are shipping them now 7/24/26.

Overall very well made implement. Delivery seems to be a little long. I like the hook for holding the pto off the ground. Don't like the fact you have to disconnect the pto and take the guard off to check the gearbox oil level. Should have been on the back side. So far I'm very pleased with it.
