I do have the backhoe, still in the crate as the weather is snowing and quite cold. I do not have a shop so will need to put it together when the weather gets better. My biggest concern is the lack of assembly instructions. I printed the 50+ pages of manual off the site but it is not to detailed for a 5600.00 dollar unit. I will have to visit this review in a month or so

The hydraulic couplers on the machine did not match the couplers on the skid steer. While they did quickly return my phone call about the matter, I had to find the proper connectors myself and buy them myself, as there was little to no help figuring it out. The Machine itself is decently built and easy to assemble. I have not used it yet so do not have any info on how well it works.

Your delivery and creating were great. The lack of any precise directions were troubling. The fact that I had to purchase another part for my PTO to make it work was troubling your service man was thoughtful kind, and return his calls or text had to consult with other people for answers.

My first issue is the time it took to get the finish mower. The "in stock" status and delivery time far exceeded what was represented on their website. Once I finally got the mower (probably about 10 days later than I was expecting based on the website), the build quality is so so. Had an issue with a part not fitting properly preventing the proper use of the finish mower. Took another two weeks to get a proper fitting part. Another quality issue surfaced when trying to attach the tube that holds the owners manual to the mower. Screws stripped when trying to attach as the holes were not properly tapped. Had to fix that also. Once all this was dealt with, at the end of the day, the mower does an ok job mowing. For the money, it's nothing special.

The RM20 I purchased is a great little mower. It handles inclines over 45degrees with ease. Farmry had it delivered very quickly. The only issue I have had is after sale support. I am having trouble finding air filters for it. I also dropped the remote and broke the speed toggle switch. Emailed Farmry about it and haven't heard anything. If after sale support was as great as the purchasing experience, I'd give them 5 stars.
