Great communication, all questions answered quickly. Flail mower was not as hard to assemble as I was worried it would be. More assembly videos would have been helpful.

All in a very nice experience. When product isn't readily available some correspondence would have been nice. I had to reach out to get an answer why it was outside the 11-14 days for delivery. After that everything was handled very well and efficiently down to the actual delivery.

I can't say enough about the Farmry customer support team. I wrote about a PTO replacement for my SG24 stump grinder through the messenger. The response was within 24hrs, let me say that I didn't expect a response at all, due to my past experiences with other organizations. Scott called me, not write me back and inquire about my issue, he determined that it may have been an equipment failure. He immediately got my information and shipped a new PTO free of charge! Folks let's be honest, we just don't expect much from companies anymore. Farmry organization prove that a customer can rely on them to stand behind the product!
