I was very pleased with the service and the flail mower came with no damage. When I completed the order I forget the 5% and I notified them and they gave it to me. MFS61 flail mower arrived 12 days after ordering, a little slow, but I wasn't in a rush. Delayed an extra day because I wasn't aware I had to schedule the delivery once it arrived at the local warehouse. My understanding was they would call me. Anyway, I'm very impressed with the mower. High quality all around. This isn't your typical cheap Chinese junk. I'm able to use it at the minimum HP rating of 20, but just barely. At idle my tractor dies when I engage the PTO. I have to increase the rpm slightly. This is a top notch flail mower. If this is the new Chinese quality protocol, I might have to buy one of those cheap Temu or Alibaba tractors!

Very fast shipping. Website very informative and easy to use. I was wanting the 53" model but they had just sold out when I was ready to purchase. I went ahead and got the 42". Its small but cuts great and fast. The construction of the mower seems very sturdy. I tried it out on My old Deutz D30-06 and it handled it just fine. I have it on a Fordson Dexta now. I believe a Good running Ford 8N could handle this mower as well.

So far everything has been good. Machines work good, packaging was good. Response time to questions is acceptable. The only improvement that could be made is on the crate for the rotary rake where the shaft sits on the bottom should be reinforced. Ours was protruding through the board when it arrived but there was no damage.
