Had or truck in for alignment twice so far and it still squeals going 25mph in curve. They will not refund the money, but they say we are free to find another service provider. We took a look while truck was lifted and sensor that goes on the wheel is not properly centered on the wheel. Service manager said that all of them are properly trained on how to use the machine. Never going back.

Purchased a Yeti cooler, originally $250 marked down to $211.88, good deal? Yeti has the same cooler f0r $200 and so does BassPro shops, so I asked for a price match as per their company policy, the front-end manage on duty refused to make the adjustment because "it was a different manufacturer" I showed her the item on the Bass Pro website and politely said that's a YETI, same color and style, she rudely, in front of other customers repeated herself "it's a different manufacturer and walked away. If you go on to Blain's website the cooler is NOT marked down to $211.88 and sells for $250.00 So, let the buyer beware of their "Price Match Guarantee" and same item multiple price point issues. I returned the cooler and bought it on the Yeti website for $200 and Free Shipping.

I had my tires rotated at Farm and Fleet in Geneseo Illinois. After hearing a weird sound get worse I made an appointment at a mechanic shop. Was not happy with the service at farm and fleet. Took twice as long as when I took it regularly before moving to the country. The wheel fell off on the way. It was terrifying and my grandchildren are scared to drive now since they were with me. It’s costing quite a bit of money to fix. Farm and fleet did not help me. They were defensive from the start Several people , including the tow truck driver shared their horror stories from farm and fleet as well. Fortunately my attorney is family so I have trustworthy representation to help.

Terrible service. Placed a couple large orders just to have them arrived damaged. Called to get replacements again and they also arrived damaged. Company will not refund. What a waste of money and an absolute joke this company is. Go shop elsewhere!

On 7/16/24 @ 8am I purchased a Generac 9600 generator because mine failed while pumping water away from the house due to storms from the evening before. I took the gen home and found it defective coming out of the box. I found this out after I put gas in it and oil and then tried to start the unit, because in trying to start it, he pull mechanism failed and completely fell apart. They would not exchange the item because the POLICY states it has to be looked at by a small engine mechanic to determine that it was bad. meanwhile, I have water coming in to my basement and ruining everything that's on the floor. This policy needs to change at the corporate level. Customer service stated that the manufacturer requires the unit to be looked at by a mechanic. Somewhere Farm and Fleet needs to take responsibility for a faulty item that has come out of the box bad and just swap it out for one that is working. They wouldn't even do that.

I placed an online order for a Milwaukee combo String trimmer and blower with a Pole Saw attachment. Order was approved and my Credit Card was charged and also approved with a delivery date provided. Later in the day I receive an email stating that the order was cancelled. NO explanation but an 800 number was provided for Customer Service to answer any questions about the cancellation. I called that number an the Customer SERVICE person said she had no idea why the cancellation but she would notify the main office that I needed an explanation. Monday afternoon I get an email stating to call them. I did. The person said I could reorder the items. I said go ahead then she states that they are out of stock and won't be available. Blaine's sucks big time. Never using them again. As far as I am concerned the only thing Farm and Fleet is good for is Bird seed

My product was originally supposed to be delivered on 6/25/24, but when it pushed to 6/27/24 I didn’t think too much of it. After a week late, I started to email and call (Bethany and Julia), but I’m being told I must wait until a USPS investigation is done. I asked to escalate to a manager, but was told it wouldn’t do any good. They will not send a replacement unit or refund my money. Don’t shop here!

Horrible horrible experience every time I go to this store! Specifically the sturtevant, Wisconsin location. Extremely rude and weren’t helpful at all.
