Our loan application was promptly reviewed, our loan officer Stacy kept in close contact with us and the entire loan was completed in less than 30 days. I highly recommend Finance America for a reverse mortgage.

Several times reverse mortgage was not specific on what they needed. Consequently, much time was wasted going back and forth passing info that was not correct. Several times blind sided by outside agencies requesting info that needed time to gather. If reverse mortgage would have informed us we were going to receive these phone calls or emails from an outside agency we would have been better prepared. Literally, hours before closing reverse mortgage was requesting us to accomplish tasks that should have been resolved days before closing. In attention to detail, by their staff, led to me having to jump through hoops hours before closing.
