Several years ago I had contacted Finance of America Reverse to get a reverse mortgage but my figures did not work out at that time. However, I was so impressed with their knowledge and willingness to work with me, I retained information for contact later. I am happy to report I was able to contact the same representative who diligently worked with me to acquire a reverse mortgage. Through their attentiveness, thoroughness and reassuring effort during this process, I am a very happy customer who now enjoys NO house payments! Thank you Finance of America Reverse!

Loan officer, Luis Ortega, is the best ever! He was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. The entire process was well coordinated and explained. We would not hesitate to work with this company again anytime.

The people were good at explaining things and were always open to questions. They were excellent in the most small details and seemed to want to answer all your questions. They even suggested questions that I might want to ask which I appreciated. They took away a lot of my fears.

Overall very pleased with Sales and Customer Service experience. The CS rep, Crystal absolutely outstanding. John McCormick shepherded process along but once closed never got a "thanks for the business" call. I ran a $130 million sales organization so I notice that kind of stuff. Celink overbearing with what they wanted on a voided check to begin payments. Somebody needs to get them off their high horse. Wrote VP regarding this issue and never heard back. That's it...nice job.
