From the first phone call we were taken care of so well, everything was always explained well and until we truly understood, all our questions were answered fully and completely. We couldn’t have felt better about the process, they made it easy and comfortable. Life is wonderful now, we live in our beautiful home and at the end of the month, guess what, we don’t have a mortgage to pay, it is the best thing in the world. We highly recommend it, and wish we would have done it sooner.

Over the past year I have tried to get an answer to my question.Simply;On my September 2020 and 2021 my Monthly Reverse Mortgage Statement it states that my adjustible interest rate life time cap is 10%.However, the adjustible interest rate note that I signed indicates my life time interest rate cap is 5% over the initial interest rate at the time of my loan closing.I would like you to correct your records and notify me.Thank you,Joseph Andruzzi
