My overall experience with this company…
My overall experience with this company was very favorable. The agent was knowledgeable and efficient. Also patient and personable. They did exactly what they said they would do. I do recommend this company to anyone interested in obtaining a reverse mortgage. There are a lot of reverse mortgage company's out there and Most of them are terrible.

Whole process with FA was great
Whole process with FA was great. However the loan closing at our home did not go smoothly. One document for signing was missed. Also was under the impression that we were being given a copy of the loan documents we were on signing which we did not receive. Gene and Anne Schiferl
