FaresplanetReviews of faresplanet.com

I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

We were on a call with Cynthia Willson who was extremely helpful with our query. I would highly recommend this company.

Cannot possibly imagine how they are getting 5 star reviews. After booking the “great deal” on the website, they called about 45 minutes later telling me the price I booked for is no longer available. Tried to book me from a different airport for $150 more, or $300 more for same flight. When I asked why the site was not updated, they said it gets update anywhere from immediately after booking to 60 minutes later(it’s now 24+ hours later and that flight is still the original price I booked for). The representative, Lucas also told me that if I would have called to book the flight, he would have advised me not to book it. It seems even their own employees know they are frauds.

Max was great at walking me through! Such a great deal . Thanks so much!

Jerry Paulson was very helpful and courteous in confirming my flight and seats.

This is my first time dealing with FARES PLANET and I'm quite impressed with the customer service. I spoke with Jerry Paulson who was patient with me and walked me through several questions until they were clearly answered. I would definitely use FARES PLANET again in the future. Thank you.
