Very good experience. I called FaresPlanet before I read the bad reviews, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and explained everything clearly. I got my plane ticket at a good price and with no problems at all. I will use them again.

I "booked" a flight through their site only to have them call me several hours later saying the flight was now too expensive for them to buy at that price. They tried to change my non-stop flight at ideal times to a multi-stop red-eye flight at $300 more per ticket. But wait wait wait... The benefit is I get a checked bag for free. Come on. Total garbage bait-and-switch operation with offshore representatives.
