I had a great experience with this company. I needed to change my flight and James (customer service Rep) was able to help make the changes. Also, I got a confirmation from United about my flight.

When I went to check in for my flights on the following day I noticed I hadn’t been assigned seats. I paid for seats when I booked the flights with Faresonfleek. When I called them I was assured it was confirmed and to check my reservation. When I called back because nothing changed I was told the price I paid for the seats would be refunded and there was nothing more they could do.
