There is no explanation of how fees are charged. We were quoted a fee and then told we had to pay a higher amount to cover "taxes," though my experience is that taxes are already included in the fees quoted for the flight. We were promised better seating but it's not reflected in the booking. We're now told by email that our credit card did not work for part of the flights, and then by phone We're told that it's now OK, but we've not gotten any email confirmation. The whole operation is obtuse. A service was provided at a cost, but everything is foggy and very costly.
