Ruby is Fantastic!!!! This is the 2nd time that she has assisted me in booking for my travels, and she is helpful and patient! I appreciate how easy she makes booking my flights I am going to refer everyone to this website!

Excellent work, very knowlegible, very professional, thank you!!!

Alayna Ford, who assisted us, went out of her way to give us what we wanted! We really appreciated her patience!

I am now re-submitting this review from the original I posted. When I was asked to give a rating here, the agent stayed on the phone telling me what she needed it to say! I found that incredibly odd and unprofessional! Prior to that she insisted that I change my flight days so I did not pay more than the original ticket that was sold to me on the internet. She told me that the ticket I bought was for stand-by. I knew that was not true but opted for the fare that would allow seat assignments, etc. However, she kept insisting on another day until I finally put my foot down. I have no idea as to the legitimacy of the practices of this group, as when I spoke to the agent, it was clear that she was out to get a rating. This is normal but not to the point of staying on the phone and telling a customer what to do! I do know that, thankfully, the ticket was finally issued with Alaska Airlines. My advice would be to stay away and go to reputable and known sites!

I booked 3 tickets from here on the website, but it kept processing. The next day I called and was told the tickets were denied by the airline because the fare on the website was not enough. Therefore, I had to book again. This time Aaron helped me and his supervisor too. They tried hard to help me find the cheapest ones. This time I booked successfully.I really appreciate what they have done. Thank them and best wishes to them.

Shelly Smith helped me through my whole experience, she was kind and found me the cheapest option.

I was very disappointed that I was I called and told I could not get that price of the flights I booked online at a certain cost. Instead had to pay $200 more. Thankfully I bought the insurance and was able to get a full refund. Kathy was very polite and I appreciate her assistance.

Shelly Smith was incredibly helpful I am 81 yrs old and needed helping using Ecredits and booking flights. She is wonderful!
