Bait and Switch
Mr. Ortha helped me a great deal. There was a big problem between the online reservation and the one that Mr. Ortha helped me with. He tried his best. It obviously is not his fault. thank you Mr. Ortha was only accommodating once I explained how disappointed I was that the offer I found your website (barely 10 minutes easrlier as I was forced to wait for a "pending" confirmation) was unavailble. So now instead of leaving at 11:15 in the morning and arriving at 10:24 pm and departing at 6:35 am and arriving at 11:22 am, I am forced to take a redeye and I have been forced to change to a Wednesday to (2 weeks later) to Wednesday trip instesad of a Thursday to Tuesday trip. Mr. Ortha attempted to assuage my severe disappointment and once I expressed my concern, he became more accommodating. This is extremely unpleasant and were the fact of my upcoming trip not essential to help out my adult children with the care of my grandchildren, I would cancel the entire trip.
