Booked a round trip. Alayna said the returning flight is confirmed but I must change the departing flight to a more expensive ticket or be charged a $88 cancellation fee. Don’t book with faresfeed. you will likely be poorer if you pay her fees for a terrible website and agent. Update- a month later here in October, I have a fraudulent charge for what appears as “Walmart.com 8…” likely culprit is these guys

Booked a flight and received conformation number for booking, the next day I received a call from "Jack" a customer service rep from Fare factory. Jack had a heavy Indian accent and the number was a New York number, so I asked Jack where he was located. "jack said Chicago. I let "Jack" know I wanted an email because I worried about fraud. Jack advised my flight had been canceled and I would need to pay an additional $220.00 for my flight. I said no and he sent me a cancelation email. I checked with the airline and the flight was not canceled. I will never use Farefactory again

I had trouble receiving my flight information and Alayna was a huge help. She was very diligent and detailed with the flight options so I could pick the flight that was best for me. Thanks for your help.

Flight Terrence was great

Mr. Ortha helped me a great deal. There was a big problem between the online reservation and the one that Mr. Ortha helped me with. He tried his best. It obviously is not his fault. thank you Mr. Ortha was only accommodating once I explained how disappointed I was that the offer I found your website (barely 10 minutes easrlier as I was forced to wait for a "pending" confirmation) was unavailble. So now instead of leaving at 11:15 in the morning and arriving at 10:24 pm and departing at 6:35 am and arriving at 11:22 am, I am forced to take a redeye and I have been forced to change to a Wednesday to (2 weeks later) to Wednesday trip instesad of a Thursday to Tuesday trip. Mr. Ortha attempted to assuage my severe disappointment and once I expressed my concern, he became more accommodating. This is extremely unpleasant and were the fact of my upcoming trip not essential to help out my adult children with the care of my grandchildren, I would cancel the entire trip.

Terence was great!

Shelley Smith was helpful in coordinating my trip.

Henry was amazing on booking my flight, above and beyond on my price matching and helping me with my seating and making sure we was to have a wonderful flight. 100% perfection
