Henry Carter was very helpful and patient when helping me with my flight plans. He worked with me by giving me various options and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends.

Richard was so kind during the cancellation process. Our plans had changed the same day we purchased and originally there would have been a $100 cancellation fee, however he was kind enough to speak to his supervisor personally to have that charge removed and send us back a full refund! Thank you for all your help! It is truly appreciated!

Avoid! This is how they operated: First, they give a very low price as a kind of"bait" Second, they reveal the real price after I started booking Finally, they added 130 dollars before I actually could get the confirmation (claiming that "things have changed so the price hiked) I have a suspicion that "Patricia" the agent I talked to is based somewhere in Asia

We hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with our service. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on Trustpilot. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met, and we want you to know that we take your concerns very seriously. Airline prices are very dynamic and can change in no time, its unfortunate that the tickets that you bought were not available. Please know that we genuinely care about your satisfaction and are committed to turning this negative experience around. We hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations and regain your trust in our brand.
