Don't ever buy ticket from them, Big scammers Worst company you would ever imagine, they advertise rates and once you buy the ticket they start to play games, they will send a form to your email while you are sleeping and ask you to sign or they will cancel the tickets within 4 hours. and even if you sign they will say the price is changed and so be careful

I booked a flight with them and realized I booked on the wrong day. Within an hour, I booked a second flight them. Thinking they would waive the fee for the first booking, I called them and let them know what happened. They charged me a cancellation fee for the first booking, even though it was made the same day (within a couple of hours) and I booked another flight with them. I would encourage reviewers not to use them. There are plenty of consolidators out there that offer free 24-hour cancellation. Their website says to relax with a 24-hour cancellation (for a "nominal fee"). Very misleading and subjective. They are based of the U.S. (according to what the Customer Service Dept. told me) but their calls are outsourced to India for their customer service (not a big deal there but it does mean you are definitely not going to get your money back). I would challenge the Founders/Owners of this firm to review how they do business and see how it is a reflection of their character.

Terrible company. They stole my money

Do not recommend using this company. After spending time looking for a flight and booking it, I got an email later that day saying that my reservations were cancelled due to a change in the fare by the airline. Really??? Called the company, bad customer service.

SCAM, CON ARTIST, I WILL START SUING THEM. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

Don't waste your time it is not worth it saving a few extra $. I paid for a flight and received an email confirmation with my flight itinerary. They called me the next day asking for more money to select for my seats! I told them I didn't want to pick my seats and they still insisted I need to pay the extra money to confirm my ticket! NEVER AGAIN

Please don't buy your tickets from them. Very misleading. They sell the cheapest tickets that doesn't include baggage, and they display the tickets where the baggage is included while in the process of purchasing it. Once they get your payment, they send you the documents where you find out that the ticket you actually purchased is not the ones they ticketed for you, and you have to pay extra or the baggage. Their customer service is non existent, even after I sent them several emails.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES AND TICKETS ARE NOT GUARANTTED.
