Have attempted to get a refund from Farescan for days, nobody answers their phone line nor email support. They intend on profiting from the Wuhan virus situation even though other airlines are offering full refunds. Avoid this business at all costs.

It appears that Farescan is trying to profit from the Wuhan coronavirus crisis. I purchase an airfare for my wife travelling from Houston to Taipei on Feb 15 and returning on Feb 25. The $520 fare was a noncancellable ticket issued by Air China. With the Wuhan coronavirus crisis,Air China has stated that all airfare to China can be refunded in full. Farescan has told me that I can just cancel the ticket with no refund or they will issue a refund but charge me $230 service charge. Since they will get a full refund from Air China, they are trying to profit from this great crisis and tragedy. What a way to do business. Will never deal with Farescan again.

Never visit this website. they might give you promotional offers for the discount on the rate of air tickets but this is fake/scam. if you try to reach out to customer support nobody will take your call and automated voice keep playing over and over to keep you hold your phone for an unlimited time. no matter when you try no one answers call. Even the email no one responds to it.

Oh my goodness-- to think such companies exist in USA or wherever. WHAT A SCAM these people are. I canceled a ticket in less than 12 hours & they have not refunded the money still-- its been over a month. They charge $200 for cancelling withing 24 hours. These people are cheats DO NOT BUY THEIR TICKETS>Their toll free number does not work-- you will be on hold for over an hour.
