These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers. They charge excessive fees to change or cancel tickets, 100-300$ per passenger. I booked 3 tickets from them, and when I wanted to change, the changing fee charges were 60% of the ticket and then an additional difference in the rate. Also, somehow they lock the reservations so that you can't directly change the tickets with the airline. You have to pay them to make any changes, like extortion. Normally with other travel websites, they mediate to get you the tickets, but after the purchase, the tickets are yours to change or cancel.
