Same issue as everyone else. I received a message from China Eastern about my flight being canceled....and I can't get through to farescan.

The worst scam company in the world I'm trying to call them since 3 days they keep me on hold for hours nobody answer the call please stay away from them and never book your tickets with this company they just take your money that is

Stay away from this website. There is no customer service. I was holding on the line for hours because my return flight was canceled by the airline, and nobody ever answers the phone.

Farescan is a total scam! I needed to cancel a flight, maybe even reschedule to another flight with them but they don't pick up the calls. They put you on hold for so long and I mean HOURS that you just have no choice but to give up. The flight date is already passed and the money I paid for the flight is gone because we weren't able to use the tickets! I can't contact them. What a bunch of scum, you scammers! No refund, no exchange, no customer service. Total scam!!! Beware!!! I wish I could give NEGATIVE 100 stars for this scam travel agency.

I have been trying to talk to someone on their listed customer no service number for the last few days. After holds of in excess of 1 hour there is still no response. I have an upcoming trip to India through Air China which I wanted to get information on due to the coronovirus issue. Finally I got hold of one "Freya" at their travel "help desk" online chat who just claimed that my valid and paid for reservation # is not being 'found' in their 'system'. Here's the joke, she is asking me to contact the same customer no service #! After reading all the in this forum. I am not surprised. 0 star would have been most appropriate.

They are profiting off of the human crisis in China. They charge 250$ in cancelation fees even though most, if not all airlines have been offering full refunds. They are holding back our money to profit off of disaster. It's disgusting and they need to be brought up on charges. Please don't use them, they aren't worth this headache

If I can give negative 5 stars I would. This place is a total scam. They won't refund you they dont answer phones they are charging people to cancel flights when airlines are offering full refunds. How these people haven't been shut down yet is beyond me. They are robbing people.. Something needs to be done to this company soon as possible before they steal more money from people that need it. I will be taking legal action to take these frauds down.
