My airline canceled the return flight.. I found out through the grapevine, this company didn’t even contact me about the flight cancellation... I have been trying to contact them for over a week about it, they keep saying “they will get back to me” but no one ever does. My flight going out is next week, am I just supposed to be stranded in a different country? Farescan? More like farescam. Can’t get through, no one replies, and no one is helpful. I’m willing to change this review if the issue gets resolved.

Horrible service. Booked a Flexible ticket with $780 both way. After taking the arrival flight tried to change the return flight, they were saying that to change the return ticket it is going to cost me $790 although I can clearly see the price difference isn’t that high. Not a very good service. They ripped me off

I canceled three tickets on November 14, 2019. I received a message that they will charge $690 to process the cancellation, which they promptly did. The refund for three tickets, however, has not yet shown up. The email message said 1-2 billing cycles, it is clearly more than that now. Please avoid FareScan, I have spent way too much time on the phone trying to speak to an agent and now filing a complaint with the bank. This is a total scam

It's a scam!!! DO NOT USE!!! They profit off disaster and don't even give you full refund because of the coronavirus... I had a connecting flight from USA to Shanghai to Japan. And Japan has just blocked all flights from China to Japan. If I can't even use the tickets because of changed international regulations and law, so why am I being billed for something that is no longer valid? I would give a zero rating if I could because they pretty much just robbed me.

Me siento estafado por FareScan me vendieron un vuelo que no incluia maleta de regreso a mi pais. Eso no fue lo que compre. Yo compre un vuelo redondo con 1 maleta facturada incluida, y resulta que el trayecto de vuelta no incluia maleta, debi pagar US$30 adicionales. Son unos estafadores, en ninguna parte me especificaron que la tarifa no incluia 1 maleta, lo mas extraño es que si incluia 1 maleta facturada en 1 trayecto y en el otro no.

DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. ***THEY ONLY REFUND HALF IF NOT LESS OF MY TICKET WHICH WAS $500 THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME BACK $200.

I meet the same issue with everyone else. I will submit BBB complain about farescan. I strongly suggest everyone submit BBB complaint and we need to get our refund back. The scam company can't cheat others anymore!!!

Please do not book with this company. We had booked tickets to China for the end of March but our hosts had to leave China due to the Corona virus. We called to cancel our tickets (waited for 45 minutes on hold before I was able to talk to anyone) which we paid $500 each for. Great deal! But they would only refund $250 per ticket! Half?! They were keeping half. I cried because I was so frustrated and the customer service rep did lower the charge to $200 per ticket. So I guess I would suggest crying? They would not give a travel credit for future travel so the 50% refund was our only option for all 5 of our tickets. This was the most expensive trip that I never went on! The total phone call time with customer service was 1.5 hours to get my half refund.
