Dear Customer, We regret the inconvenience caused to you. However, our main objective is always to ensure utmost customer satisfaction at all levels and find the most suitable way to fix their problems without any delay. We have already forwarded a refund request to the airline and waiting for their approval. Due to COVID-19 crisis most of the airlines are taking longer than usual to process the refunds hence you are requested to give us sometime to get the refund processed to you. We can understand your dissatisfaction due to the delay in the refund process but unfortunately we are completely dependent upon the airline. We hope to get the approval from the airline at the earliest so that we can close this case in your favour. We appreciate your patience and understanding . Thank You, Farescan
