Bought a round trip ticket from Los Angeles to Eugene, approved the charge after having to call to get the email to approve the charge, and got to the airport being told I need to pay again as my ticket wasn’t valid. HATE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE PLEASE! You’ll end up spending more than just getting a ticket through the airline itself. Negative 928228 stars.

As a foreigner visiting the states, I book with this so called travel agency and was lift with my pants down. They sent me a bogus confirmation email and never actually booked the flight from the airline. I called them 24 hours to my trip to confirm my booking and check in and was told all is well and will receive my ticket 6 Hrs before my flight, only for it to turn out that was a lie. Called them on the day off my trip and they were rude and hanged up on me and refused to pick up my subsequent calls. The only saving grace for me was they could not charge my card. Honestly if I live in the states I would have sued their fake scam asses. Please avoid this site like the plague.

Hi, Greetings from Fareoyard. As per our checking when you a reservation online the very first email which you get is a booking confirmation email which was sent to you and that email it was clearly mentioned that your reservation will be confirmed once ticketed. Secondly we sent you a second email to authorize the charge and payment so that we can proceed with your reservation on which you never responded that was the reason for your reservation not to be confirmed.

I had the most efficient, effective, reliable travel service experience with this company. I had no worries about my flight to Puerto Rico and back. I will tell my friends and family. Awesome service, thank you!!!

If I could give this company-100000 I would! Awful company, communication issues, I didn’t know that this was travel agency and they will not honor your flight until 4-6 hours. My flight kept getting cancelled from Sunday 6am, then 8:55 pm then to Monday 8:15 pm then they were tried to get me a flight for Wednesday morning supposedly! SMMFH!!!! Horrible!!! I called immediately for a refund…. As u can guess “NOTHING “ !!! Please don’t waste your time or money with this company!!
