WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Bought tickets through Fareoyard.com. Was initially impressed with the price and received tickets right away. Began our travel without incident. Had an overnight layover in Phoenix and when we checked in in the morning for our flight, we no longer had tickets! They couldn't find our reservation anywhere. Even though we had STARTED our travel without a problem, the company (Fareoyard) canceled our tickets and left us stranded after we began our travel. It was a nightmare. Our trip was supposed to take us on to Mexico, where I had an all expense paid trip I qualified for through my job, but last minute flights were going to cost us an arm and a leg. We ended up not continuing on. The company, Fareoyard, was very unprofessional when we called with our issue. This was the worst travel experience of my life. Not only did they cost me my Mexico trip, but they really did nothing to make it right. My credit card company eventually got them to refund the price of the tickets. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Do not book with fareoyard. It is a scam. My returning flight on 6/2/25 was canceled by Fareoyard without my knowledge. I received a confirmation for my flight and when I got to te gate. I was told my ticket was canceled and my money was refunded to debit card that don't belong to me. I had to purchase a ticket for 342.00 with was the same amount of the 2 tickets i purchase .I have contacted Fareoyard and they are telling me they will refund me $78. BEWARE ITS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH FAREOYARD. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

The check in time and amount of time they send you your boarding passes is insufficient. Our flight was only to TAKE OFF at 530 pm, and by 2 pm. We hadn't received our boarding passes from foreoyard. We were nervous due to weather and airport conditions. When trying to call them, they didn't even answer the phone. We tried emailing, and no response. We ended up re-routung and having to take a 1 stop flight instead of direct flight. I WOULDNT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

BEWARE!!! Do not trust!!! They are a scam. You purchase tickets and get through security only to be denied entry on the plane because they cancelled your ticket last minute. We were left stranded at an airport for hours and ended up spending a ton of money purchasing alternate tickets. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE

No e tickets. Just take your money. Its only been 6 1/2 hours but I was first told wait 30mins Then 10-12 hours and then 6-7hours. The business address is a residential house

Bought a round trip ticket from Los Angeles to Eugene, approved the charge after having to call to get the email to approve the charge, and got to the airport being told I need to pay again as my ticket wasn’t valid. HATE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE PLEASE! You’ll end up spending more than just getting a ticket through the airline itself. Negative 928228 stars.
